2023 EVENT PARTNERS

As the theme of this year's conference is "Football welcomes the World to Australia," we are particularly pleased to be partnering with the Money In Sport Conference ahead of the FIFA Women's World Cup Australia and New Zealand 2023™. This tournament is not only an opportunity for Australia to showcase our footballing talent to the world, but it is also a chance for us to welcome our global footballing family to our shores.

We believe that the FIFA Women's World Cup™ will be a fantastic celebration of football and its ability to bring people together from all over the world. Football has the power to unite communities and break down barriers, and we are excited to be part of an event that embodies these values. We are grateful to Money In Sport for dedicating a substantial part of this year's conference to football, especially the FIFA Women's World Cup™ and our Legacy ’23 strategy.

One of the most important aspects of hosting a major international event like the FIFA Women's World Cup™ is the legacy it leaves behind. For young girls and boys across the country, the opportunity to witness the world's best players competing on home soil is inspirational, and it provides them with the motivation to aspire to represent their country on the global stage. The legacy of this tournament will go beyond the matches themselves, as it will inspire the next generation of footballers and supporters.

We would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the State Government of Queensland and the Federal Government for their support of Football Australia in bringing the FIFA Women's World Cup™ to our shores. Their commitment to ensuring our venues and training bases are world-class will ensure a successful tournament and a lasting legacy for football in Australia.

Finally, we would like to welcome all members of the Australian football family to come to Money In Sport 2023 and enjoy a great day of quality content and networking ahead of the FIFA Women's World Cup™ kick-off a few weeks later. We believe that events like Money In Sport are essential in bringing the sporting community together and fostering collaboration across the industry. Thank you once again to Money In Sport for hosting this fantastic event, and we look forward to seeing you all there.

Yours sincerely,

James Johnson

Chief Executive Officer – Football Australia
